The brand has steadily expanded across Southern California, with locations in University Heights, Costa Mesa, Point Loma, Pacific Beach, and Carlsbad. Stella Jean's Ice Cream, the duo's sister concept, offers small-batch ice cream in unique, rotating flavors, using high-quality ingredients and creative flavor combinations.
The South Park space, which was rebuilt after the fire, provides an inviting setting for both longtime fans and new customers to enjoy Pop Pie Co.'s rotating selection of savory and sweet pies, as well as Stella Jean's ice cream offerings. The soft opening for the new South Park location will run from 2pm to 9pm, with regular daily hours to begin soon, set at 8am to 9pm. The location marks another milestone in the brands' expansion across San Diego.
