The new Pop Pie Co. has unveiled within the charming setting of The Cottages on Roosevelt the space formerly occupied by The Plot Express, adjacent to Pop Pie Co.'s sister brand, Stella Jean's Ice Cream. Carlsbad residents can look forward to enjoying Pop Pie Co.'s extensive menu, which includes delightful sweet offerings like salted caramel apple crumble, key lime, pumpkin cream cheese, and bourbon pecan pies.Ìý
Pop Pie Co. also serves a variety of hand pies, cookies, sides, coffee drinks, and their popular 5" savory pot pies in rotating flavors like Classic Chicken, Steak & Ale, Veggie Pot Pie and more. The unique cottage-style setting of The Cottages on Roosevelt, with its shared outdoor space, promises a cozy and inviting atmosphere for pie lovers.
To celebrate the grand opening on of the Carlsbad store on January 18, the Pop Pie Co.s isi giving the first 20 guests a free savory pie with any purchase and the first 10 patrons get a limited edition branded snapback hat. There will also be a special brisket mac & cheese pie made with Heritage Barbecue beef brisket, BBQ sauce, and creamy macaroni and cheese.Ìý
