Life Time Otay Ranch will be an 85,000 square-foot club with a full spa, expansive gym, pool, and pickleball courts. The complex will house an indoor LifeCafe, fast casual restaurant, and outdoor Beach Club offerings with food and drink, thus the liquor license application. Life Time had also proposed building a 30,500-square-foot recreational fitness club with outdoor fitness uses at The Farm residential community in Poway, but voters in the East County community strongly opposed the project and voted it down this past November.ÌýThe Poway fitness facility would have had swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts along with dance classes and senior activities.
