All Aboard Charcuterie & Provisions is the brainchild of Shauna Moran-Brown and her business partner, Sibila Reyes. After a combined three decades in the media and education industries, the pair decided to pivot careers and embark on an exciting new venture focused on delivering high-quality charcuterie offerings.
After a 28-year career as iHeartMedia San Diego's Director of Rock Programming, Moran-Brown discovered a passion for creating charcuterie boards during the pandemic. What started as a side project quickly grew into a business idea that took shape when Reyes, a longtime friend and retired educator, proposed starting a joint venture.
"During COVID, I started making charcuterie boards as a creative outlet," Moran-Brown shared. "The business took off faster than I expected, and I loved seeing how much people enjoyed the boards. When my radio career ended, it felt like the perfect time to turn this into my next chapter. Sibila and I realized we could expand the concept into something bigger."
All Aboard Charcuterie & Provisions will offer a mix of charcuterie boards, grazing carts, and catering services, along with a retail and deli storefront. Customers can expect an array of seasonal cheeses, meats, breads, crackers, and accoutrements, as well as customizable charcuterie boards and themed carts, including dessert-focused options.
The storefront will feature sandwiches, bruschetta boards, and provisions such as olive oils, jams, wines, and beers available for purchase. The shop will also offer dine-in options, where guests can pair their meal with a glass of wine or beer in a cozy, nautical-inspired setting. Additionally, the business plans to cater to the local boating community and event organizers, offering charcuterie options for private yacht charters, real estate open houses, and corporate gatherings.
Beyond its core offerings, All Aboard will host special events such as wine tastings and holiday activities and provide a venue for private gatherings. The owners are also launching a unique "Board Member" membership program, which will offer perks like monthly charcuterie boards, exclusive discounts, and invitations to members-only events. As Point Loma residents of over 17 years, Moran-Brown and Reyes are deeply connected to the Shelter Island community.Ìý
