A new "secret" speakeasy designed in partnership with Campari Italian alcoholic liqueur brand has debuted in downtown San Diego.
The Andaz San Diego has unveiled its newest attraction, a speakeasy named It's a Secret in collaboration with Campari. Located in the Gaslamp Quarter, the venue aims to evoke the mystery and charm of the Prohibition era while blending vintage ambiance with modern flair. Crimson accents, velvet textures, and dim lighting set the stage for a curated selection of cocktails, including a refreshed take on the Negroni.
"This isn鈥檛 just a bar - it's the ultimate insiders experience," explained Andaz General Manager Carolyn McCammon. "We wanted to bring alive a space in the hotel that many people don't know exists and where guests can escape into an intimate setting filled with intrigue and unparalleled craft. With the help of Campari, we've infused both our rich histories into every cocktail and every corner of It's a Secret."

While marketed as a 鈥渟ecret,鈥� the venue doesn鈥檛 shy away from dropping hints. Guests can DM the speakeasy on Instagram or inquire with hotel staff for directions to its hidden entrance. Located in the historic Andaz San Diego, originally opened in 1913, the speakeasy adds another layer of intrigue to the hotel's vibrant offerings. The property also houses a location of STK, an upscale steakhouse and lounge brand from New York City based The One Group Hospitality. There is also a rooftop pool and bar.听
