San Diego's burgeoning hospitality collective, Consortium Holdings (Born & Raised, Morning Glory, Ironside Fish & Oyster), is launching Young Blood - a speakeasy within a speakeasy accessible through a hidden entrance in the East Village’s Neighborhood bar & restaurant complex.
The ever-growing Consortium Holdings company is continuing to churn out unique new concepts. Expected to unveil in the near future as part of the overhaul of Neighborhood bar & restaurant in San Diego's East Village, Young Blood will offer an "immersive", possibly-ticketed cocktail experience with multiple seatings per shift. The drinks and food (if they go that route) are still in development, but guests will access the quaint speakeasy lounge area through a hidden entrance, possibly through the company's original speakeasy concept Noble Experiment. The space occupied by Young Blood was previously used as a residential space and has been redesigned by CH's resident designer Taylor Leage.Ìý
