If all goes as planned, the 4th branch of Mr. Moto Pizza House is going to install within Ocean Beach Plaza, an approximately 10,000 square-foot, commercial-only complex currently being developed at 1929-1947 Cable Street in the heart of San Diego's Ocean Beach neighborhood. Owned by well-known Newport Avenue business and property owner John Small, the property will have as many as 8-10 units with a parking lot. Earlier this year, we announced that San Diego's king of chicken wings, Dirty Birds, would install its 4th branch in the plaza's largest unit. Coincidentally, Dirty Birds' original location is also located right across the street from Mr. Moto's flagship branch in Pacific Beach. OB Plaza is anticipated to be completed by year's end/early 2019.

Mr. Moto Pizza House is located at 4653 Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach, 3773 30th Street in North Park, and 1166 Rosecrans Street, Suite 102, in Point Loma. For more information, visit m and check out the menu below.Ìý
