San Diego's , started by San Diego's own Chef Brian Malarkey and James Brennan - now majority-owned by Hakkasan Group - is expanding it's fabric family of restaurants to Santa Monica's new luxury residential development, , just one block from the Pacific Ocean. This is the second venture for EHG in Los Angeles, with the first being Herringbone at the Mondrian Hotel and the fourth Searsucker location nationally.
Ocean Avenue South comprises two luxury residential buildings, The Waverly and The Seychelle, and 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The addition of Searsucker will further enliven the vibrant new neighborhood south of the Santa Monica Pier, which developer Related California has transformed into possibly most desirable residential district in Santa Monica.
The plaza level of The Waverly, Related鈥檚 luxury condominium building overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica鈥檚 new Tongva Park, will welcome Joan鈥檚 on Third and Starbucks, while The Seychelle will host Searsucker鈥檚 first location in Los Angeles.
